This is among the best Thai dining experiences I’ve had since my travels in Thailand. The flavors were exquisitely balanced, vibrant, and remarkably fresh. I tried the Coconut Panang Curry for the first time, and its aromatic complexity truly impressed me. The presentation was refined, reflecting real culinary craftsmanship, and the service !! delivered by an exceptionally gracious and attentive waiter elevated the entire experience. A remarkable establishment that I wholeheartedly recommend
Noi Thai Cuisine is incredible! We ordered the Cock-A-Doodle-Do, Pad Thai, fried spring rolls, and red curry, and every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The Cock-A-Doodle-Do was a fun standout, crispy, savory, and perfectly seasoned. The Pad Thai had that ideal balance of sweet, tangy, and nutty, and the red curry was rich, creamy, and full of depth. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is upscale but still comfortable, perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the staff checked in often to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Thai food in downtown Seattle, this place nails it!
This place was so good. I was in Seattle for the first time for a conference. I came here one evening after locating this spot online. The reviews were good and the pictures looked great. I walked there from my hotel and entered without a reservation. When I came in they were friendly and found me a seat right away. I ordered a mango drink along with some Coconut Chicken Pang Curry. The drink was oh so good (including the presentation). The food was great!!! They served the chicken in a shelled coconut and gave me a separate glass of the coconut water they extracted from inside. I was so impressed. I've tried Panang Curry in several places, including Thailand. From presentation, to flavor, this was one of the BEST dishes I've had. I'll definitely be back when I make it back to Seattle.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Noi Tahi Restaurant – My New Favorite Thai Spot! I’ve eaten at many Thai restaurants, but this one has become my favorite. The food is perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The service is just as impressive — the waiters are excellent, attentive to every detail, and make sure you feel satisfied and welcomed from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Highly recommended for anyone who loves truly great Thai food and exceptional service!
We ordered appetizer sampler, veg spring roles, chicken satay, cashew nut chicken, pineapple fried rice, salmon fried rice, duck red curry and volcano dessert. All of them are good but I wanna call out some dishes which were my personal favorites. Our personal favorite were crab cakes and crab wontons in the appetizer! The salmon fried rice is good but make sure you eat salmon with the fried rice so that salmon doesn’t feel bland. Duck red curry is below average the main issue is the duck meat is dry, I might be critical here as I was spoiled with having amazing duck curries elsewhere. Cashew nut chicken is good, the dessert is particularly delicious I loved everything about it and the cup is made of dark chocolate. Overall I recommend visiting it! The staff is amazing!!
We were told that it's one of the best restaurants in the city so it had a lot to live up to. We enjoyed it. Although it took a half an hour to get seated on a Friday night, that wasn't really a surprise. The food was delicious. The service was great. The ambience was just right. Can't complain. Loved it!
This was such a fantastic place we happened upon for lunch. The decor was beautiful, elegant, and whimsical. There were multiple areas with different types of seats/tables, each as beautiful as the next, and they all blended together perfectly. The service was wonderful, warm, and inviting. And then the food... absolutely delicious and stunning on the plate! I had the curry noodle soup. The curry was a perfect blend of spice and creamy, the soft noodles with the crispy gave a great diverse texture, and the chicken was so tender, it fell apart with the touch of the chopsticks. My other half had the drunken noodles. The noodles were just the right cook to give a great chew, the sauce was spot on, and the beef was delicious. We look forward to returning and tasting some of the other amazing dishes that were on the menu, as we had a tough time picking.
